What AICQ Business can do

Your UIN stays private

Customers see your business name and the name you reply with – never your UIN. Only your team and the customer see the conversation.

Customers without an account

Guest access needs neither an account nor a phone number. It only applies to this conversation and is deleted automatically afterwards.

Your team

Invite staff to a channel by UIN. Everyone in the team reads and answers its conversations.

Conversations end on their own

Per channel: after a time without messages, after a fixed number of days or by hand. Then they are deleted – right away or after up to 365 days.

Personal codes

A code for exactly one person, for example with a booking – with an expiry date if you like. Or start a conversation directly by UIN.

Pause

Pause your business or a single channel: anyone who scans sees your pause message. Ongoing conversations carry on.

Translation on request

If a guest writes in another language, AI translates single messages at a tap – with a notice before the first time.

Welcome per channel

A short text customers see after scanning – such as opening hours or “We’ll reply within minutes”.

FAQ

Do my customers need AICQ?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and write in the browser – without signing up. Anyone who has AICQ writes in the app and gets replies as notifications.
Do I need a separate “business app”?
No. You use the regular AICQ app. Once you have created a business, it starts in your business conversations, and at the bottom “Business” shows the number of unread messages. You then find “Activity” in your profile.
Do private and business stay separate?
If you like, yes: your business then gets its own UIN. Customers never see your private UIN.
Who can read the messages?
In the app, only your team and the customer. Business messages are not end-to-end encrypted: they are encrypted in transit and stored securely so that you can read them on any device. We only look at content when it is needed to check a report or required by law. When someone taps “Translate”, exactly that one message goes via our server to OpenAI (USA) for the translation – the app points this out before the first time. More in the privacy policy.
What happens after I tap “Get the app”?
Google Play opens. After installing, the app reads once on your device that you came via this page – nothing more, and none of it is sent to us – and opens “Create business” right after you sign up. If AICQ is already installed, the app opens straight away.
Can I also work on my computer?
Yes. At aicq.app/partner you answer chats, upload your daily menu or weekly offer as a photo and print QR posters – in the browser on your laptop. You sign in with your UIN and confirm in the app on your phone with a number shown on the screen. No password needed.
